After having a consultation and completing a 7 day
food diary we will start to design an exercise programme and diet
plan specifically for you to achieve the best results and get you closer
to your goal.
Muscular development
Using a variation of weight training techniques and
equipment we will achieve muscular growth in a safe and effective
manner, with out the need for supplements.
Endurance Training
Suitable for marathon, tri-athlon or
other endurance sports and events. A training programme lasting up to 12 months
will give you the steady progression you need to excell at your chosen
sport.
Self Defence Training
A great way of keeping fit and dexterous as well.
This will improve your mental agility and co-ordination as well as your physical
agility and prepare you to defend yourself against an armed attacker
or someone that is larger and stronger than you, great fun and very
interesting, based on Wing Chun Kung Fu.
Sport Specific training
Using variations of training
techniques indoor and outdoor, we will improve your strength, speed,
agility, reflex times and overall performance in your chosen sport.
General Fitness improvement
Using specific fitness training techniques, we will improve your fitness,
strength and flexibility
Postural Correction and Flexibility training
If you suffer from lower back pain, aching joints, or just poor
posture, certain exercises
will help you greatly and diminish most types of joint and muscle
pain and stiffness.
*All services will
require an initial consultation to assess current fitness level,
body fat percentage, muscle mass, resting heart rate, blood
pressure and establish
any previous or current medical conditions that may be affected
by an exercise programme. Once this is completed a tailor made programme will be designed
specifically to meet your needs and reach your goals.
